配电网及综合能源技术研究院成立于2017年，由诸侯快讯官网登录入口联合辽宁辽能配售电有限责任公司共同组建。

研究院主要面向配电网建设、检修维护及运营管理，电力设施的承装、承试、承修，电力技术的研发，技术咨询与服务，分布式能源开发，合同能源管理，节能技术研发及应用等方面的技术研究与服务业务。

研究院是校企协作的重要平台，能源利用技术研发与成果转化的重要基地和人才培养基地，促进我省能源资源优化配置，提高能源利用效率和清洁能源消纳水平。

Research Institute of Distribution Network and Integrated Energy Technology was established in 2017 , which was jointly established by Shenyang Institute of Engineering and Liaoning Liaoneng Distribution and Electricity Co., Ltd.

The Research Institute mainly focuses on distribution network construction, maintenance and operation management, Installation,testing and maintenance of power facilities, research and development of power technology, technical consultation and service，the development of distributed energy , energy performance contracting, research and development of Energy-saving Technology and Technical research and services in energy-saving technology research and development and application.

The institute is an important platform for school-enterprise cooperation and an important base for research and development of energy utilization technology and talent cultivation, for the sake of promoting the optimal allocation of energy resources in our province, and improving energy efficiency and the level of clean energy consumption.
